Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Customized / made-to-order wheelchairs are not eligible for return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or assembled wheelchairs
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or special-order items
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • Report transit damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or repair, as applicable.
  1. Inspection & Approval
  • Returned products are subject to quality inspection.
  • Refunds/replacements are processed only after approval.
  1. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defect or company error.
