Seedee began in 2009 when founder Mr. Jamshed Dalal noticed how challenging stairs could become in daily life and asked a simple question: why should climbing steps be a struggle when it could be effortless? That insight led to Seedee’s first stair mobility chair and laid the foundation for a brand built on practical, dependable solutions rather than just products.
Formally established in Mumbai in 2016, Seedee has since focused on reliable, experience-led design. Models like the Super, Mini, Big Wheel, and Evac series are all shaped around real-world needs, larger wheels for smoother climbs, compact frames for easier handling, and battery-powered options for greater independence. With components sourced locally and core parts developed in-house, every device is built to consistent standards.
Leadership has further strengthened this foundation. The involvement of Mr. Dhruv Chaudhry, first as a consultant and later as a partner, has helped deepen both innovation and operational oversight. Seedee invests as much in support, installation, and maintenance as it does in design, building trust across homes, hospitals, and institutions. Today, what began as one person’s encounter with a common problem has grown into a nationwide presence, with a clear, unchanged focus: creating stair mobility solutions that work reliably and help people climb every staircase, indoors or outdoors, safely and with confidence.
