- Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Customized / made-to-order wheelchairs are not eligible for return.

- Report transit damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement or repair, as applicable.

- Returned products are subject to quality inspection.
- Refunds/replacements are processed only after approval.
